I just started swimming every week a year ago and noticed a difference in my body. I’m not sure how to ask this…i wanted to lose 10lbs…i lost 5lbs, but put back on 4lbs…i’m not sure what percentage of this is lean muscle…how do you determine if the weight is muscle or fat?
